We wanted to give you an update on your order. Shipping has begun, but we are experiencing delays because UPS is holding part of our shipment in customs for inspection. Unfortunately, this delayed the arrival of a large portion of our inventory and is completely outside of our control.
The good news is that some of the boxes have already cleared customs and are being put back into transit, while the remaining boxes are still awaiting release. We have already received part of the shipment and every order from that inventory has been shipped. If you have not received tracking yet, your order is part of the remaining shipment still being held by customs.
We sincerely apologize for the delay. We have been working with UPS every day to get this resolved as quickly as possible. While customs inspections are unpredictable, everything appears to be moving in the right direction.
We will continue to keep everyone updated through email and SMS as we receive new information. Thank you for your patience and support.
Please know that you will either receive your order or receive a full refund if these issues cannot be resolved. We are committed to making this right and truly appreciate your understanding.
